Licensing & Certification Fee Schedule

I. Curriculum Licensing Fees (Agency-Level)

These fees authorize an agency to use the curriculum materials with parents.

Tier 1: Single-Program License

Includes:

  • Use of Guided Growth Parenting curriculum

  • Participant workbook + worksheets (printable)

  • Facilitator manual

  • Fidelity protocol and checklist

  • Up to 3 facilitators

    Annual licensing fee: $2,000 / year

Tier 2: Multi-Program / Site License

Annual Fee: $3,500 – $5,000

Includes:

  • Curriculum use across multiple groups or sites

  • All materials

  • Fidelity documentation tools

  • Up to 10 facilitators

Recommended default price: $4,000 / year

Tier 3: Countywide / Large Agency License

Annual Fee: $7,500 – $12,000

Includes:

  • Unlimited program use within agency or county

  • All curriculum updates

  • Fidelity monitoring support

  • Priority technical assistance

II. Facilitator Certification Fees (Per Person)

These fees ensure facilitators are trained and delivering with fidelity.
